Before you rent your property

If you are thinking of letting a property, there are a number of property maintenance tasks which should be undertaken first. You will also need to ensure all documentation is in order and available, and deal with various financial and legal considerations.  We have detailed the most important points in our Landlord’s Guide. We would advise that you read the Guide and ensure the Property complies with all the points listed before proceeding to rent it out for a smoother tenancy.

Gold Management Package
Why not give yourself total piece of mind and leave everything to us? Useful for absent landlords – we will complete everything from finding and credit referencing tenants, setting up the tenancy, managing, arranging maintenance, collecting the rent and inspecting the property.

Silver Management Package
We market, introduce, credit reference and vet prospective tenants and prepare the legal documentation, then hand over to the Landlord after collecting the first months rent and deposit and preparing the inventory and check-in and check-out reports. This enables us to deal with any Deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy.

Bronze Management Package
The Landlord conducts their own viewings, inventory, check-in and check-out report; registers the Tenants deposit, informs the Utilities of meter readings and change of occupiers and after introduction deals with all Tenants enquiries. We market introduce, vet and credit/reference check and prepare the tenancy agreement. We are unable to deal with any Deposit disputes with this package.
