If you have a repair which is in need URGENT ATTENTION, please ring on the out of hours number above.
If the repair is not urgent we would kindly request that you contact the office when it is open, so that arrangements can be made to carry out repairs.
Please note that if a contractor has been called out for a non urgent repair out of hours for example, the appliance wasn’t switched on, the occupier may be invoiced for an Unnecessary call out. Please see pricing.
