Our service to you
We constantly update our register of rental property on Zoopla, On the Market and this website. Bear in mind your budget, whether you require furnished or unfurnished accommodation, preferred type of property and location and the date when you require a property as these terms apply.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, please call us on 01970 639298 so that we can discuss future availability and put you on our mailing list OR you can register for Email Alerts – so you will automatically receive a notification whenever a new letting becomes available.
What’s the process once you have found a suitable property?
You will be asked to pay a refundable holding deposit of £100 and fill in an application form providing all your financial details including Salary, Sources of Income and Previous Landlord information. You can download an application form here.
As soon as your application has been accepted, we will draw up the relevant documentation which will form the basis of the tenancy agreement. The tenant will be required to provide a deposit equivalent to one months rent, before we agree your move in date. The tenancy agreement is signed prior to the start date and one months rent in advance is required. 18 is the minimum age requirement for prospective tenants. If you are under 21, you will also be asked to agree to and sign a Financial Guarantors Agreement.
